Archiving Policy
Intan Cendekia: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, security, and accessibility of all published articles. This archiving policy is intended to safeguard the journal's scholarly content and ensure its continued availability to the academic community, even in the event of technical failures or the discontinuation of journal operations.
To support long-term digital preservation, the journal implements the following archiving practices:
- All published articles are permanently stored in the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform as part of the journal's official digital archive.
- The journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and/or other digital preservation services supported by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) to ensure the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content.
- All published articles and their metadata are made available online to facilitate indexing, discovery, and access through academic search engines and relevant indexing services.
- The publisher performs regular data backups to protect journal content against data loss resulting from technical failures, system malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Should the journal cease publication in the future, all previously published articles will continue to be preserved through the journal's digital archiving systems to ensure their ongoing accessibility and availability.
Through this archiving policy, Intan Cendekia: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat ensures that all published scholarly works remain securely preserved, permanently documented, and continuously accessible as part of the journal's long-term contribution to the advancement of knowledge and community engagement practices.
