All manuscripts submitted to Intan Cendekia: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat undergo a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure an objective, impartial, and independent evaluation.

Upon submission, each manuscript is first subjected to an initial editorial assessment (desk review) to determine whether it falls within the journal's aims and scope, complies with the Author Guidelines, adheres to publication ethics, and demonstrates sufficient scholarly quality. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be rejected without being sent for external peer review.

Manuscripts that successfully pass the desk review are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's subject area. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on several criteria, including originality, methodological rigor, scholarly contribution, clarity of presentation, relevance to the journal's scope, and the significance and impact of the community service outcomes.

The peer review process generally requires approximately two months, although the duration may vary depending on reviewer availability and the time required for authors to complete revisions.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editorial Board makes the final decision on the manuscript. The possible editorial decisions are:

• Minor Revision
• Major Revision
• Rejected

The Editor's decision is final and is based on the reviewers' evaluations together with the Editorial Board's assessment, ensuring that all published articles meet the journal's standards of academic quality, integrity, and relevance.
