Focus and Scope
Intan Cendekia: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat aims to publish high-quality scholarly articles on community service activities based on conceptual frameworks, the application of research findings, innovation, and the downstream utilization (commercialization and community implementation) of research outputs that provide tangible benefits and contribute to improving the quality of life of communities. The journal serves as a platform for disseminating best practices in community engagement that foster collaboration, empowerment, and evidence-based solutions to societal challenges.
The journal welcomes manuscripts covering a broad range of research-informed and innovation-driven community service activities, including but not limited to Participatory Action Research (PAR), Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), Community-Based Research (CBR), Service-Learning, community development, community empowerment, social innovation, the application of appropriate technology, technology transfer, community education and training, capacity building, and other collaborative initiatives involving higher education institutions, government agencies, industry, civil society organizations, and local communities in support of sustainable development.
The journal encourages interdisciplinary contributions that demonstrate the practical application of science, technology, arts, and humanities to address community needs, promote inclusive development, and strengthen partnerships among stakeholders for sustainable social impact.
