Authors who publish with JPIn: Jurnal Pendidik Indonesia agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright of all published articles remains with the authors. Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish the article as its first publication.
2. Authors retain copyright while granting JPIn: Jurnal Pendidik Indonesia the right of first publication. All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License, which permits others to copy, distribute, adapt, and reuse the work provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal, and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.
3. Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the article (e.g., depositing it in an institutional repository, personal repository, or republishing it in a book), provided that its initial publication in JPIn: Jurnal Pendidik Indonesia is properly acknowledged.
4. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their manuscripts online, including in institutional repositories, preprint servers, or personal websites, both before and during the submission process. This practice promotes scholarly communication, increases research visibility, and may lead to earlier and greater citation of published work.
5. All articles published in JPIn: Jurnal Pendidik Indonesia are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License.
