The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity, transparency, fairness, confidentiality, and quality of the scholarly publishing process.
Section A. Publication and Authorship
- All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to evaluate their compliance with the journal's aims and scope, author guidelines, publication ethics, originality requirements, and minimum academic standards.
- Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two reviewers with relevant expertise.
- The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the peer-review process.
- Manuscripts are evaluated based on the following criteria:
- relevance to the journal's aims and scope;
- originality and scholarly contribution;
- theoretical and methodological rigor;
- accuracy and depth of data analysis;
- significance of the research findings;
- clarity, organization, and readability; and
- quality of academic writing.
- Editorial decisions may result in one of the following outcomes:
- acceptance;
- minor revision;
- major revision; or
- rejection.
- An invitation to revise and resubmit a manuscript does not guarantee its acceptance. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers or assessed by additional reviewers when necessary.
- Rejected manuscripts will not normally be reconsidered unless the Editor explicitly invites the authors to submit a substantially revised manuscript as a new submission.
- Acceptance of a manuscript is subject to compliance with all applicable legal and ethical requirements concerning copyright, plagiarism, defamation, privacy, confidentiality, research ethics, and intellectual property rights.
- The same or substantially similar research must not be published in more than one journal or publication.
- Manuscripts containing plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated or falsified data, inappropriate authorship, citation manipulation, or any other form of publication misconduct will be rejected or, if already published, retracted.
