Efektivitas Media Audiovisual Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbicara Anak Usia Dini
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dalam pengembangan keterampilan berbicara anak usia 4-5 tahun dengan memanfaatkan media audiovisual di TK Strada Kampung Sawah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tiga pertemuan yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Strada Kampung Sawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audiovisual berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap perkembangan keterampilan berbicara anak. Sebelum tindakan, kemampuan berbicara anak dikategorikan sebagai Belum Berkembang (BB) sebesar 20%, Mulai Berkembang (MB) sebesar 65%, dan Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sebesar 15%. Setelah siklus I, kategori meningkat menjadi Mulai Berkembang (MB) sebesar 50% dan Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) sebesar 50%. Pada siklus II, perkembangan lebih lanjut terlihat dengan 20% anak mencapai kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan 80% anak mencapai kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa media audiovisual efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak usia TK.
